What are the delivery times?
We do wholesale business, Delivery time is currently 13-15 business days, but may be delayed due to holidays, New Year’s Eve, etc. For bulky items and freight forwarding, please allow 15-28 business days. For custom-sized orders, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
Why are delivery times so long?
Our furniture and home accessories are designer, not mass-produced. We place great emphasis on robust materials, high-quality welds, and easy-care coatings. In short: quality. And quality takes time. In return, you can enjoy long-lasting products.

Yes, factory visits are welcome. We can arrange appointments for serious buyers to see our production process firsthand.
Our MOQ is flexible depending on the model,But at least 50 sets. Trial orders are welcome, especially for new customers.

Standard lead time is 20–35 days depending on order quantity. We prioritize trial and bulk orders efficiently.
Yes, we ship worldwide, including the USA. Shipping options include EXW, FOB, and CIF.
For export orders and tax rebate compliance, we currently accept T/T (bank transfer) to our company account only
